While we love animals, please keep them at home.
There is no kitchen. Full-scale catering is not allowed, but light refreshments / snacks are ok.
No parties of any kind.
Renters must take out the trash and ensure the dance floor is free of debris at departure.

Cancellation Policy
Booking cancellations submitted at least 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their Booking rate.
Booking cancellations submitted between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their Booking rate.
Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
